One Day In Pain
One Day In Pain is an old-school Swedish death metal band from Stockholm, Sweden, formed in 2020 by multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Niclas Olsson. What began as a home-recorded solo project quickly grew into a full band dedicated to worshipping the classic early '90s Stockholm sound — chainsaw guitars, morbid atmosphere and relentless, riff-driven brutality.
